As a comprehensive internet security company, E-Guardian provides one-stop support for a wide range of internet security challenges—including post monitoring, identity verification, ad review, social listening, and cybersecurity—to realize a safe and secure online world. In recent years, in response to the rapid advancement of generative AI technology in the market, we have also been focusing our efforts on the development of IT solutions that leverage AI technology.

Specifically within our global operations, with the aim of enhancing the quality and efficiency of translation tasks associated with the overseas expansion of domestic content, we developed the generative AI translation system "EG Trans Works" in December 2024, followed by the multilingual content quality check tool "Typesetting Checker" in November 2025.

Flitto Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of South Korea-headquartered Flitto, Inc., and is engaged in a wide range of language-related businesses, including simultaneous interpretation tools, data solutions, and localization. Previously, the company conducted all typesetting checks in-house. However, with business expansion creating a critical need to perform large-volume quality checks within short timeframes, they have now implemented "Typesetting Checker," the multilingual content quality check tool developed by E-Guardian.

Since the early stages of development, we have advanced this tool's features with the specific aim of resolving challenges shared with Flitto Japan—namely, the limits of manual inspection efficiency and the quality risks associated with human error. Following this implementation, we will maintain close collaboration to support Flitto Japan's ongoing operational improvements by providing both this tool and our operational expertise. Furthermore, leveraging this success, we aim to contribute to efficiency and quality enhancements across the entire content production market by deploying this solution to other companies facing similar challenges.

【Comment from Flitto Japan Inc.】

For this large-scale project, it was essential to maximize production efficiency while simultaneously achieving both higher quality and stability. We previously worked with E-Guardian on another localization project, and their high-quality checks, reliable responsiveness, and proposals leveraging AI technology gave us a great sense of confidence. This track record was the deciding factor in our decision to commission them again. Going forward, we intend to apply the speed and consistency of this AI technology to more projects, thereby reducing the burden on our internal QA team and strengthening our overall production structure.
